Bonomeria is an artisanal ice-cream parlour and choosing the best ingredients is a fundamental step in obtaining an excellent product. The most genuine primary materials are carefully selected based on their quality and freshness.
Freshly harvested seasonal fruit, 100% fresh milk from Luxembourg, premium quality chocolate and certified Italian hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios are just some of the ingredients we use. Our traditional recipes provide us with a starting point, while our curiosity spurs us on to find new combinations to embellish our products.
